Therapy Services Offered:

Individual Therapy - collaborating on a one-to-one basis with a therapist to set and achieve goals to create positive changes in one's life by exploring a variety issues.

Intimate Relationship Therapy - involves working individuals in relationships (at any stage in the relationship) to identify unhelpful interactions and create effective conflict resolution to aid in improving their overall satisfaction. Thoughtful decisions about the direction of the relationship can be made through this type of therapy.
